Which accounting systems do you support?
ResolveAR AI integrates with QuickBooks Online, syncing customers, invoices and payments. Teams on other systems can add customers, invoices and payments directly; tell us what you use when you request a demo.
Does the AI send e-mails or change balances on its own?
No. Agents draft and recommend. Outbound e-mail and anything that changes a balance follow your workspace approval rules, and imported accounting records stay read-only.
Is our data kept separate from other companies?
Yes. Every request is scoped to your workspace from the signed-in session, and the AI service reads data only under row-level security for your workspace.
Do you replace our AR team?
No. ResolveAR AI removes the reading, matching and drafting work so your team can spend its time on the conversations and decisions that need a person.
Are our documents sent to an AI provider?
Only if your document processing policy allows it. Without that permission, document content is not sent to a model provider.
How does pricing work?
We are onboarding teams through a guided pilot. Pricing is scoped to your invoice volume and integrations during a short call; there are no fixed public plans yet.
